The following is information on booking/rental & technical specifications/equipment of the new theatre of King Philip Regional High School (Wrentham) and the auditorium of King Philip Middle School (Norfolk).

High School Theatre details:

851 seats (up to 20 wheelchair accommodations); fully ADA compliant

Stage dimensions/specifications:

• Width: 44' W (at proscenium); 85' W wall to wall

• Depth: 29' D, proscenium to back wall; 32' D to apron edge; 40' D with removable 30' W stage extensions

• Height: 17' H at proscenium arch; 45' H to roofline/grid

• Fly system: Seventeen (17) line-set J.R. Clancy counterweight rigging/fly system with three dedicated motorized electrics battens for lighting

•     (Line sets 1 - 13: single purchase, including 3 electrics; line sets 14 - 17: double purchase)

• One 12' H, 8' W load-in door, stage left, directly across from a duplicate load-in door to the scene shop/dressing rooms.

Audio:

• One (1) 32 channel Midas Venice mixing console with 4 dedicated stereo playback channels

• Two (2) Denon DN-C680 professional playback CD players (client-burned CDs must be in mp3 format ONLY, no wav or wmp formats)

• One (1) Phillips CDR 775/17 dual-deck CD player/burner

• Ten (10) Shure SLX wireless dual hand-held/body pack microphones (wireless bases units are permanently rack-mounted)

• Eight (8) Shure EZO Easyflex overhead ("shotgun") recording microphones (six XLR inputs above the stage, two XLR above the house)

• Six (6) Peavey PVM 46 wired vocal/instrumental microphones

Lighting:

    Dimming/Control:

• Two (2) Strand C21 dimmer racks with 192 dimming channels capacity (154 dedicated channels stage lighting , all others house lights)

• One (1) Strand Sub Palette digital control console w/500 channel/128 submaster capacity

• One (1) 400 amp Company switch (portable dimming accommodation)

    Available as additional control/back-up:

• One (1) Strand 300 digital control console w/100 channel/24 submaster capacity

    Instruments (all equipped w/three pin connectors):

• Thirty-six (36) Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC) Source Four ellipsoidal lighting instruments: mixed 19, 26 and 36 degree instruments

• Twelve (12) ETC Source Four EA Par Cans

• Six (6) ETC Source Four PARnels

• Nineteen (19) Altman 65Q 6" fresnels

• One (1) Altman 360Q 6 x 12 ellipsoidal

• Two (2) Altman Satellite-1-220 followspots, mounted on the roof of the control booth.

Dressing Room Facilities:

Two (2) Dressing Rooms, one each for men/women.  Each equipped with two (2) Wenger Studio Make-up Stations; womens' dressing room also includes moveable three-sided mirror.  Each dressing room adjoins a bathroom.  All are contained within the stagecraft/scene shop room.

Middle School Auditorium details:

430 seats (up to 10 wheelchair accommodations); fully ADA compliant

Stage dimensions/specifications:

• Width: 35' W (at proscenium); 50' W wall to wall

• Depth: 17' D, proscenium to back wall; 21' D to apron edge

• Height: 17' H at proscenium arch; 25' H to roofline/grid

• Fly system: Nine (9) line-set J.R. Clancy counterweight rigging/fly system with two (2) additional dedicated motorized electrics battens (Vortek)

•     (Line sets 1 - 9: single purchase)

• Two sets of 10' H, 8' W load-in doors: one set stage right, into exterior vestibule & outside load-in doors.  Second set backstage left into vestibule to load-in-sized doors into music suite (can be used for dressing rooms).

Audio:

• 16 channel Soundcraft Spirit³ Live mixing console with 2 dedicated stereo playback channels w/200' 16 channel XLR snake

• 8 channel TOA house audio console

• One (1) Phillips dual-deck CD/tape player

• Five (5) Sennheiser EV 100 wireless hand-held microphones

• Three (3) Shure SM-58 wired hand-held microphones

Lighting:

    Dimming/Control:

• One (1) Strand CD-80 dimmer rack with 96 dimming channels capacity (85 dedicated channels stage lighting , all others house lights)

• One (1) Strand 300 digital control console w/100 channel/24 submaster capacity

    Instruments (all equipped w/twist-lock connectors):

• Fifty (50) Strand SL Coolbeam ellipsoidal lighting instruments: mixed standard & zoom instruments

• Twenty (20) Strand  Fresnelites 6" studio fresnels

• Four (4) Altman 300-1000 Watt 14" Scoops

• Four (4) Altman 4-Section Sky Cyc cyclorama instruments
