End of Season FAQs:

Q: I heard there are EXTRA BENEFITS now that our program is over, could you explain those?
A: Certainly. Wachusett gives all students in our program 50% off lift tickets from March 1 to the end of the season. Just have your student present their badge at the Service Counter to purchase their discounted tickets.

Q: My student LOST ITEMS on the bus, or at Wachusett, can you help us find them?
A: The chaperones make a sweep of the buses each week when we get home, and Wachusett does the same at the mountain, so I would suggest:
1) Check the KPMS Main Office (that's where we put extra stuff)
2) Check Mr. Allen's room (more stuff there)
3) Call Wachusett (1-978-464-2300) or stop at the Service Counter, describe your items, and they will look in their lost and found area for them.

Q: If my student was SICK or INJURED and MISSED A SKI WEEK, may I receive a credit at Wachusett?
A: YES!   Mr. Allen turns in our attendance each week, and Wachusett will let you apply the cost of any missed ski trips to another lift ticket any time this season.  All you have to do is go to the service counter, mention KPMS Ski & Snowboard Club, and they will look up the attendance and apply any discounts available.

Q: Is the CREDIT TRANSFERABLE? I want to purchase a lift ticket for a friend.
A: YES, it is. You may apply the credit to any lift ticket, rentals, or lessons…even someone else’s.

Q: What if my student was INJURED and COULD NOT PARTICIPATE in ski club any longer?
A: Sorry to hear that, but you may apply for a refund (transferable credit) by turning in three items:
1) Your student's ski badge
2) A letter explaining why you are requesting a refund (with date of injury)
3) Doctor's note (with date of injury)

Q: Where do I TURN THESE ITEMS IN?
A: At the Group Sales counter at Wachusett Mountain, or mail them to:
