Transcript Request

In order to receive or send a copy of your high school transcript, you will need to complete the transcript request form You can mail or fax (508-384-1018) your request.

There is a $2.00 charge for each transcript ordered.Current King Philip Regional High School students should see their guidance counselor for transcript information.

 

Working Papers

Working papers are available in the Guidance Office from 7:30am to 2:45pm. Students must have already secured employment and have the name and address of the employer. In addition, students must bring proof of age in the form of a birth certificate, license or driver's permit.

 

Registration

Please completely fill out the registration packet for new students entering King Philip Regional High School.Before we can set up an appointment for registration, the registration papers should be completed and returned to the Guidance office. No appointments will be made until all materials are received and reviewed.
