ANNOUNCEMENTS
	KING PHILIP REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL WINTER SPORTS REGISTRATION  Winter Sports Registration will be held at the High School Monday, November 3rd through Wednesday, November 12th. Students can register during the lunch block on any of those days with Mrs. Sloan in the main office. There will also be two evening registrations to be held on Wednesday, November 5th at 5:30 p.m. and on Monday, November 10th at 5:30 p.m. in the High School main office. ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MUST REGISTER  All students must bring with them:   A current physical exam. A current exam would be a physical exam that was on or after November 1, 2007.   A completed Interscholastic Athletic Packet that can be downloaded here Interscholastic Athletic Packet Forms to be completed are the Medical Information Sheet, Parental Permission Form, Athletic Trainer Form and if you do not have a copy of your physician’s physical then the Physical Form must be filled out by your physician.   A check made payable to KPRHS in the amount of $165.00. If there is a 2 nd child participating in athletics the fee for them is $82.50 and a third child would be $41.25. All checks should have students name and the sport they are participating in. Please send separate checks for each sport. All checks should be dated for December 1, 2008 (First day of Winter sports) Checks will be returned for those students that do not make a team roster.   If you have any questions about registration, please call April Sloan at 508-384-1000 ext. 449.

	Athletic Fee There is an athletic fee of $165 per student per sport in effect for the 2008-2009 school year.

	Students' Athletic Forms: All registration forms are part of the King Philip Regional High School Interscholastic Athletic Packet, including all the required health forms. The packet is available in Acrobat Reader (PDF) format which you can separately download and install for free. Copies of this packet are also available in the high school office.
