Middle School Building
Project
The Plan
- 50,000 sq.ft classroom wing addition including
29 new
classroom spaces;
- An additional 36 classroom spaces fully renovated.
- Expanded and renovated Library Media Center;
- Expanded and renovated Gymnasium, physical
education, and community activity space;
- Renovated Auditorium;
- Additional and renovated music/instrumental and
band
learning areas;
- Renovated Cafeteria and Kitchen;
- New Building infrastructure to include windows,
doors,
roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection;
- Newly designed traffic flow including separate
bus
and parent 'drop-offs' and a more than doubling of
the
number of parking spaces;
- An upgrade of the existing athletic fields;
- New septic system.
