• Due to impending staffing changes beginning July, 2019, the King Philip school district cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient technical theatre staff to provide the quality of technical theatre services you have come to expect from our theatre technical staff in the coming 2019 - 2020 school year.  With the impending opening of the on-line facilities rental reservation system on July 1st, it is imperative that everyone understand that we will not be approving theatre facilities rentals unless we are absolutely assured of sufficient technical theatre staffing for the coming year.  
    With that in mind, we are strongly recommending that you should plan on securing alternative performance facilities with the anticipation that King Philip will be unable to obtain the technical theatre staffing assistance that our clients require and expect.  Please note that we do not issue this notice without some initial indications that finding qualified theatre technical staff is proving to be challenging, especially as said staff must meet state CORI requirements for working with and supervising our student technical theatre crews.  Further information will be provided when available.

    All parties requesting use of any theatre facilities at either King Philip Regional High School or King Philip Middle School MUST complete and return a Technical Theatre Request Form (AKA "Tech Rider") BEFORE any theatre facilities use requests will be processed.  Please examine the Theatre Facilities Details page to learn about the theatre facilities specifications before filling out the Tech Rider form. Please return completed Technical Theatre Request Forms by e-mail to:
