Mrs. Marsh

Hello and welcome to another school year! My name is Mrs. Marsh and I am the Health teacher. I currently instruct all 8th grade Health classes, some of the 7th grade Foundations for Success classes, and one 7th grade Physical Education class. This will be my 9th year at KPMS and my 2nd year as a Health/Foundations teacher (previously I was the school psychologist).

Prior to working at KPMS, I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with my Masters in School Psychology. For my undergraduate education, I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

I have many varied interests and hobbies. I love running and I am regularly going to spin, barre, bootcamp, and yoga classes. I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, playing board games, eating my husband’s wonderful cooking (I am great at cleaning the dishes!), and spending time with my friends and family.  I especially love to babysit my nieces and nephews (you will see their photos in my class!). I love to travel and I have recently visited Charleston, Nashville, and Jamaica.

My after-school help day is going to be Wednesdays this year. I also help run Homework Club every Tuesday and Thursday, so if you are unable to make a Wednesday afternoon, just stop by the library on Tuesday or Thursday.

I am very excited to start this year and get to know you all! If you need to get into contact with me, please feel free to email me at MarshA@KingPhilip.org or call me directly at 508-541-4324 ext. 2131.
