The Healthy KP Substance Use Prevention Coalition is conducting an adult parent/guardian perception survey to learn more about how the Norfolk, Plainville, and Wrentham parent/guardian community views youth substance use. Your candid feedback will be anonymous and will enable the coalition to structure and implement targeted prevention initiatives to enhance the health and safety of youth in the tri-town.
The results will be used to guide the efforts of the Healthy KP coalition to provide data for the coalition to furnish resources, programs, as well as future funding opportunities for substance free youth and parent programs.
