Support Agencies

A variety of agencies and services exist to support people with disabilities in maximizing their skills and leading meaningful, productive lives.

Unlike the services and supports received throughout their high school years, however, adult services are based on eligibility rather than entitlement. This means that each service or agency has their own set of eligiblity criteria and services are based on available funding. For each of the agencies on the following pages, the following information is provided, when possible:
